I am considering the Kapex to replace a Makita 1016L but wonder if the Kapex will fit the T4B stand currently used. Does anyone know if the Kapex fits the Bosch T4B stand? Thank you.

Works pretty well for me.  My only issue is that when cutting a long piece of trim on edge against the fence, the outfeed supports are about  3/4" too short to support the trim. (hopefully that makes sense). I plan to lengthen the side supports by attaching a longer piece of wood to them, but haven't done it yet.

It sounds like you are saying the metal side supports need to be longer. As an example if we use the capital letter T to represent the side supports, I think you are saying the top bar of the T needs to be longer in order to fully support the trim work. Do you plan on welding a piece of metal or making another type of support such as wood? Thank you.

welcome  riddler.
i would assume the t is adjustable in height. i would screw on a piece of hardwood and round  over the edges.

I think that's what he means.I  have the kapex on the gravity rise stand and the saw sits a little too much back.So those side supports needs to be a little longer.

Yes, exactly what I was trying to say.  I'll probably just attach a piece of hardwood to the top of the 'T'.
