Broken Manual/Auto Switch on my ac 36 Dust Extractor

Has any one broken the circular green switch that turns there dust extractor on-off? have you gotten a replacement and fixed your self?

Had that on one of mine (I got it used for a low price, already being in that state). According to feedback from festool service (who fixed it thanks to service all included) IIRC the seal around the switch shaft had failed, leading to water entering (as it had been either used outside or cleaned with a water hose), corroding the switch up to a standstill - they replaced the seals and the switch, wouldn't have been that expensive in case it would have been out of warranty (mine had a month left).
