This has been on the "honey-do" list for as long as I can remember.  I hated neglecting it but c'est la vie and my wife is more than understanding.

I finally finished it up a week or so ago and she absolutely loves it.  The base itself is made from plywood and sprayed with a Pre-catalyzed White Lacquer.  The top itself is solid walnut finished with several coats of danish oil.

Well done sir, I love the clean lines! I'll bet your "honey-do" list grows, but a proud bride is to be cherished for sure.  ;D

Lovely!  what did you use to spray the laquer?  I have an Earlex 5000  that I haven't experimented too much with.  Does it require any topcoat protection over the white?  Thanks,
Fig

I like the compliment of the hardware to the overlay doors and the flush drawer fronts which in my

view makes for one elegant buffet cabinet. Great job!
