Greetings from Columbia, SC.  Though I hope you'll never need to verify - Sys 3's float really well when stabilized using the handles.

Loaded two up with gear I needed to help out during flooding here -- floating/guiding one in each hand really saved my back when wading from house to house helping out.

Something to remember when you're in a pinch and need to get there fast.
