The only festool tools that we really used on this are the track saw and sander to mold some of the edges. We also used the 2000 grit that comes with the rotex to try and clean up the top (we tried the 400 grit but it was too abrasive because we need the material to be clear to let the light pass through).
This is actually a bar top for a party bus that my brother is remodeling with the intention of using it for an upcoming cross country bachelor party road trip. We carved the design out on our CNC (using scrap materials of course), and he hooked up the LED lights (which we need to get more of). This was one of those days where we should have been working but instead we were having too much fun admiring our work so instead we messed around trying to come up with new ideas like this for the party bus. The LED's change color (some of the LED's change color and flash based on the music in the bus).
The track saw was excellent for trimming up where our angle measurements were off a little.
