I have been using Baltic Birch Cabinet Grade Plywood for my Carcass build on all my Cabinet work. On The visible side I usually use a Cherry Veneer Ply Wood or Oak Veneer depending on the customer.
Here on Long Island I have stopped buying from Dopey and Lowe's because of the lousy grade of ply they sell.
I have been using Roberts Plywood now and have no longer experienced any issues
