Also for your charger, you might want to check the label on it.  It may accept a range of voltages like many battery chargers do.  If so, you'd just need a travel plug adapter so you can match the plug to ours when you get here.  Then when you get tired of that contraption, lop it off and wire on a real plug for here.

I am convinced that the 420 will blow every other jigsaw away...including their Trions, so the only hassle I have is the additional cost of purchasing a 110V TRC 3 battery charger for the 18V Li-On batteries. I can probably sell the 220V European model charger on an online flea market in Germany.

Or you can just buy the saw without charger.
