Cannot submit a service request online

I tried to initiate a warranty service request online tonight and the only action I am allowed to take is to enter my email address which then presents a screen which registers me for the Festool Newsletter; no service request screen.

In addition, one of my tools under warranty (specifically the tool I was going to send in for service) is not included in my list of tools yet, when I attempt to register it, I am told that the tool is already registered.

I have always been a supporter of Festool and, in fact, own quite a few tools from Festool. I love them. However, this service request that I can't enter wouldn't even be necessary if the problem had been corrected the first time I sent it in a few weeks ago.

I know there are other threads related to this topic but I couldn't find them quickly.
 
As of this morning I was able to submit the repair request. I did have to clear my browsing history to make it work. Hopefully this second submittal will result in the tool problem being resolved.
 
I think some of the log-in/entry issues are caused by spotty internet service on Festool's end. I tried to register tools for 3 days in a row and I was never able to get into the site.  On the 4th day I was able to log-in but was then unable to register the tools I recently purchased. Also once inside, my account was empty with none of my previous tools visible.
 
If you are having internet issues with Festool for service issues, or frankly any issues, go old school and pick up the phone and call.  Make your life less complicated.
