I just sent my ATF55 in because the safety button on the handle was almost impossible to depress. It went to Indiana where it was given a complete makeover!! It came back working better than when I first bought it. Then, when I realized I was missing a button on my MFT3 table protractor that I never knew existed, they sent it to me almost overnight. I had been having trouble squaring my protractor for years, and now it's a piece of cake. Now that is a positive experience. Wish all my tools were so simple to correct!!!
