Cant seem to post replies with pics currently

I have been trying to reply and add pics to a couple of reviews I saw. Each time I do this I hit post and get redirected back to  a blank reply page or my text is still there with no attachments. This also happened a long time ago when I did a really in depth ro 90 review and it just disappeared. That was suuuuuch a yuuuge drag!

any thoughts?

ok will give that a try.  6.03 MB (6,327,740 bytes) is the size of one. Is this too large?

I sent 6 pics and of course that email didn't make it to my sent folder for some reason.

I REALLY hate computers. All these years and they still cant make them work!!!! This should not be a problem at this point.

Yes that is too large and drags down the viewing pleasure of those on phones.  1 MB or less should work fine.  I am old school and get mine down to much lower.

Download this program call irfanview and install it.

Then use the program to open your pictures so you cna save them as smaller pictures.

The just click "save as"(name whatever you want), make sure you save as jpg and move slider to 70%.

Then save.  Next check the size of the new  file, if it is small enough great.

If the pictures are super large and just using the slider to 60 to75% slider isn't  making the file small enough you can click "image", then "resize" and just enter apixel size number about 75% of whatever it is showing you.

Then do the save as 75% in jpg for as stated above.

You can change a 6MB picture to about 350kb and it will look the same on the net.

Do you find yourself using your phone more?  (For taking pics and for looking at posts?)

I use Tapatalk and getting pics on posts is dirt simple. I think I paid $5.00 for the app on my phone but I have access to all my forums in one place. Worth a look if you are like me and use your phone in the go more.

I use Tapatalk as well.  I am using the free version.  Pictures are easy, but my favorite thing is that it remembers which post you left off on with each thread you read.  When the thread shows up in my "unread" folder, I don't have to scroll through to see where I am at, the thread opens to the next post that I haven't read.
