Hello FOG! My name is Captain Built and I am a Mississippi River push boat (barges) Captain, and avid woodworker. I'm taking my woodworking to the next level by doing jobs on my time off and building a brand. I've done several woodworking contract jobs, and since I've been getting lots of job offers, it's time to go mobile!

I'm planning on making everything I have fit, and work out of my trailer. Including a few new Festool goodies!

A few items I need to redesign are my chop saw station, router table, and work table. And of course, making everything fit inside of my trailer.

Here is the trailer I got on a trade:

It's a little "rough" but a good starting point. I will clean it up a bit, add a tongue box, interior lighting, fan, and decals on the exterior. 

I'm currently at work. But when I get in, I'll show more progress, including video and blog posts from my website.

Good idea. I have been using and designing tool trailers for about 20 years now the axle on your trailer looks like a 3500 lb axle which means you can haul about 2000 lbs tops. The single axle will bouncea lot and jar your tools inside a good bit. I went to a dual axle for my second trailer and on my present rig have upgraded to 2 6500 pound axles. The trailer is 18 ft long and equipped with a 10000 watt generator to run the job if needed.
We put in a glue down rubber floor and custom built the cabinets and desk in the front of the trailer. I also installed 6 led floodlights on the outside in case we have to work at night. Its also equipped with a 32 inch flatscreen tv to view and blowup plans.

Captain, before you invest a lot of effort in customizing and outfitting your existing trailer
I'll second the caution and advice regarding second axle and the effect on contents. A friend has some serious experience pulling tandem axle demo trailers all over the country and I keep hearing contents getting damaged by the rough ride even though it's an 18 ft trailer.
A heavier and loaded trailer will be kinder to your tools and contents. I'll bet you will hear more advice to that effect.

My 21' tandem axle has taken very good care of my tools. Even loose boards and driver bits on the bench tops are still where they were when I get to the next site
