This has been an area of annoyance for me for a while - there're some great little apps in the Appstore for capturing diagrams, but I generally need them in Visio at some point. Enter "Touchdraw" with an export to Visio format YAY !!!
Not a bad little app at all. You can also get a version of Touchdraw from the Mac Appstore for the Mac (I've only had a quick little play with the Mac version, so I won't grade it as anything other than "exists" for now).
