CENTROTEC Bit Set with Systainer?

Since purchasing my T15+3 6+ months ago, its really about the only drill/driver I use now.  So much less bulky than my Dewalt 18v drills/drivers and can do anything woodworking related and home repair related that my Dewalts did.  With that being said, I'm looking to purchase more Centrotec Bits.  I'm really looking for just about every bit they make, but it's a real PITA to assemble them all.  Is there a source out there that sells a Centrotec Package possibly with a Systainer?  I remember seeing one available a few years ago but can no longer find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Tim,

The original Centrotec set was a limited item and sold out very quickly. We are in the process of creating a new Centrotec set for the U.S. market and hopefully there will be something available in the first half of 2011.

Glad to hear that you're getting good use out of drill.

A couple other options if you don't want to wait. There's a guy who pops up on ebay fairly regular and sells the set, usually goes for around $500+. Too rich for me. You could also just go to Europe and bring one back. There are rumors that there are UK dealers who will ship here. I don't know who though.
The sets are pricey but convenient.

Great question. We are hoping to slightly customize the Centrotec set currently offered in other countries. The plan is to offer items that are better suited for the U.S./Canada. So, imperial.

Would be nice if we had a choice between metric or Imperial  [huh]

+1 for metric. When I bought the Centrotec wood drilling set, I was a bit annoyed that the only option now is imperial. Using Festool is getting me to think in metric, so it's annoying to have to switch back for some things.

We got to see this set at the class last week, and it's sweet.  I'd researched it heavily online and would buy it in a heartbeat.
I purchased the imperial drill set earlier this year, so I also would be in favor of the metric, or the choice of metric vs. imperial.

Last week's class has me also on the bandwagon to incorporate more metric into my WW'ing.

I personally would like to see both types of drill bits in the collection (metric + imperial), and fewer redundant screwdriver bits, particularly the short ones that aren't really CentroTec anyway (and go into the holder)...

More variety rather than the excess redundancy.

Hallejujah on this, but the price would go up proportionally.  Drill bits are the pricey part of the equation.

He saw the same one that's currently available in Europe. The same that was recently reviewed on here.

Shane:

Festool has us all dumping the Imperial way for the easer Metric way.  Metric has made my projects easer and more accurate. I'am a Metric convert, Thanks Festool.
