Changing DTSC 400 Clamping Strap

Hello everyone:

I'm new to FOG but not new as Festool user.

I was just wondering if anyone had replaced clamping strap for DTSC 400, is there anyway not to cut it? I mean open and reuse it.

Hi, reusing it is not an option unless you're a very good metal worker and have the proper tool to clamp it back in place again.

You can order a set of replacement rings from any dealer. The replacement rings come with a screw instead of being clamped with a special tool.
