Cheap Senco Fusion nailers

My local Home Depot  have the F16 and F18 nailers on clearance. The F16 is $280 and the F18 is $260. I'm not sure how many they have maybe 6 each. Does anyone have feedback on these nailers. If anyone in Canada is interested I would grab more, maybe get a group buy. PM me if you are interested.

Mine's had very little use, but it has been very good at the job.

The price is certainly right - I'd buy mine's brother at that ticket without hesitation!

I used the 16 to trim my entire house, then sold it because I had no more use for it. It worked flawlessly, if I had another job I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. Plenty of power, long battery life, no serious jams.

Only complaint I have heard is the hole it leaves behind is a bit large and ragged, which I can attest to. For paint grade trim no problem, might be more of an issue with stain grade. 

I wonder if HD is discontinuing the line or if this means Senco is coming out with an updated model?

Yes the updated is f16s or f18s they are out over this side of the pond now. No experiance of them though.

I picked up one of each today and got them even cheaper $240 for the F18 and $250 for the 16S. They have 3 more 16S left and 2 more F18 and they said if I get them all they will discount further. It's just this store that is clearing them out and the reason I was given was because they don't sell that many and they are making room for the cheaper Roybi cordless trim nailers. This store is famous for this, I picked up a pile of Dewalt toughboxes for $15 each.

I have the 18g pin nailer and love it.
The only thing I would want now is another battery,just in case I'm in the middle of something and it quits.  Btw I am looking online for another battery.

Hi Wow,
    My local store never carried the F15. I wish they did, I would have gotten that over the F16 and I checked online and it looks like the batteries are the same 18 volt Li-ion.

The batteries make it more attractive to me, since I have - I think - 2 chargers and 3 or 4 of the 18V LiIon with my screw gun.

So...any chance they have a 16A? I don't like 'straight' guns, because the rail is always in the way for I mess up a finished edge with the hose.

Sorry, just the F18 and F16S is all they carried and it's been a few days since I have been back so I'm not sure if there is anything left.
