I am having some trouble getting the swivel on my CMS miter gauge (488451) to lock onto the stop profile with full strength.  When I twist the tightening knob on the swivel, it does tighten up the stop profile but its not very snug and with a little vibration it loosens enough that it can start to move a little.  Just to make it clear, this is the knob you can turn perpetually since it tightens and loosens every 360 degrees.  I have used my MFT swivel and when I tighten the knob, it is nice and snug.  I was able to remove and reattach the knob but it does not appear adjustable, at least as far as I can tell, so not sure how to tighten things up.

Any one else had this problem and have a solution.

Thanks

In case anyone has this problem in the future, I have a solution.  The problem is that the clamping plate (448071) does not pull up against the stop profile with enough force.  In my case, the gap between the small angled metal pieces that fit in the slot of the stop profile and the face of the swivel was slightly to large.  So, I gently hit those pieces with a mallet to push them down a fraction of a millimiter.  Now the stop profile is secure when I lock it only the swivel.
