I thought the micro adjust solution for the CMS Router table posted by [member=24885]Benjamin[/member] here was a great idea. I took a slightly different approach. I mounted the Woodpecker micro adjust right side up and used the provided t-slot rail to level it. The rail is attached to the crown molding table using the t-slot tabs and bolts. I used the existing holes in the crown molding table. They were just a bit small at the bottom for the 1/4 inch bolts so I had ream them out 1/64 or so. I used 4.5 inch bolts to connect the micro adjust to the Festool fence. They're just barely long enough. I don't think having the adjuster connected farther forward than the original design will cause any problems as I don't see a use case for having the fence very far back from the bit. Once I'm happy with how it works, I'll cut the t-track down to size.

The 90 degree elbow is Festool part 202505, which is a replacement for an older part mentioned in the original post. The Festool router table hose wouldn't fit inside it. It's just a fraction too large. The OD of both are very close so a pipe with the same ID as the OD could work to join them. You could even use duct tape. In my case, I already had the short piece of 37mm hose made up. I just changed one of the ends. Given the internals of the elbow reduce down to 37mm, I don't think it will make the dust flow any worse.

In the original post [member=24885]Benjamin[/member] showed using washer to cut down on the number of turns that had to be made to tighten down the router fence to the table. The last photo is one of the hold downs on my Inca spindle shaper just started. I need to make a drill attachment to screw those on and off.

My adaptations of Benjamin’s set up. The 36mm gray dust collection hose that comes with the CMS without the cuff fits in the port well.

I like your idea on the tracks to move the micro adjust quickly.  I was thinking of some sort of Incra track to keep both sides aligned.
