OK. we all know that the CMS which is NAINA is kinda like  [dead horse].

I realize that I have never seen more than a picture of one, so  ask you all to bear with me.

But....

Couldn't it be `marketed` in NA under a guise of something else.. or at least the bulk of what is necessary.  Afterall, there are thousands of products on the market in the US that are not being used as originally conceived. Put all the lawyer food (disclaimers) in the user's manual and call it good!

With the recent tablesaw lawsuit we can pretty much kiss the TS55 insert goodbye.  NAINA as in NEVER AVAILABLE IN NORTH AMERICA.  Someone should start a Festool Germany import business.......
