CMT Domino Bits

Yes they are, they also do cutters for the Mafell Duo Doweller that are a lot more "affordable"

I have always thought CMT produces a quality product, but are these bits identical in length, diameter, etc. to the Festool bits?

I have several of the CMT bits.  No problems at all.  I don't use the Domino everyday though, so not sure how they would stand up relative to the FT over the long-term.  But for us hobbyists, they are a more wallet-friendly way of getting different sizes.

My CMT Domino cutters work very well. I also have many of their router bits, they are very nice also.

When are we supposed to switch bits? I've used my #8 to cut at least 750 holes in red/white oak and it's still doing great. [smile]

I bought CMT domino bits and as shown in the picture below the mortise is a little too oval. Has anyone else had this issue?
