Title pretty much says it all. After the last set of sysports were made, I had a gap between drawers that was enough for one more set of slides. I also had a handful of OTT from WP that didn't have a good home.so this weekend I finally found time to make this drawer with custom insets. Just used 2 layers of MDF glued together.

Very happy with how it turned out.
The question remains...what color (if any) to paint the drawer? (Front will be festool green)

That's great!  Do you have the CNC machine to do it, or did you commission it?

Thanks. I have my own machine, have spent the last year building it (kit) and learning to program it.

Very nice.  I'd use some finish to prevent dirt and fingerprints from eventually detracting.  For MDF, I quite like (well, not dislike) the look of clear polyurethane.  I'd probably wipe on one coat and call it done.
