While the paper voucher isn't required to apply for the voucher refund, the serial number isn't the only thing the recipient needs.  The online application page also requires both the S-Nr. and the T-Nr. for the Pro-5 sander associated with that voucher.  I have messaged my donor asking for these numbers but either he hasn't logged on in the interim or he hasn't noticed the Message alert.  If you've sent a Voucher number but not the other numbers, check to see if your recipient needs them.
