CS 70 - cant tighten saw blade?

Hi! I was replacing the carbon brushes, turned the CS70 upside down without the saw blade in place, the inner flange and the 4 washer fall of.  When finished with brushes i turned the saw back and put the saw blade in place, now when tighten the arbor nut it doesn't tighten to the blade, its around 2 mm to go. I checked the EKAT and there is no parts missing. It was no issue before.

So my question is;
Anything missing that doesn't show in EKAT?
Should the inner flange tighten to the arbor shaft or to 4 washer?

If tighten to the arbor shaft it would help to put something behind the inner flange to press it towards the nut.
If tighten to the washer it would help to put an extra washer but this doesn't seem like a good solution. But why are there 4 washer if not tighten to them?  [eek]

Are you sure you put the two big flanges the right way around? If one is not in the proper direction, that could account for the 2 mm difference.

Or perhaps the threaded screw hole in the arbor, is it clean and free of debris?

Hi! Im sure its in the right place, the screw is clean. I also added a washer to the screw but no difference.
