Hi

Regarding the Set versions of the CS50 and CS70 with all the extra tables attached how much space do you actually require?

I know you don't always need all the attachments for each and every cut so space is actually relative but I'm thinking "worst case" scenario.
Do you guys find yourselves using the sliding table or the pulling action more?
Since you own and use them, in your opinions do you think a small tablesaw on a mobile cart is actually more ergonomic/practical than the Precisio? Or would you buy it again without hesitation?

Hi [member=61559]Jmacpherson[/member], sorry for the late reply but my saw was at a jobsite while I was for a few days on another job.

Basic table size =  690 x 500 mm

The side extension adds 415 mm

The back extension adds 525 mm

The slider adds around 400 mm to the left and also around 400 mm to the front

So the entire full size table would take around 1615 mm x 1315 mm space.

As for the slider, I never use it, it's to big and cumbersome to take with me. It is only usefull if you have to cut big sheets anyway, and I prefer to do that with my TS55.

I use the pull action all the time, very safe and very comfortable. It is just so nice to be able to keep your hand steady on the workpiece and just pull the saw through instead of having to feed it into the blade.

I can't use a saw on a cart, I need my saw to be mobile and since I don't have a shop I need to be able to break it down and store it in a small space. So I would buy another Precisio without hesitation.

Thanks [member=5277]Alex[/member]
Appreciate the time and details.
Time to go do some measuring
