CSC Table Saw batteries

Just got my Festool table saw and went to charge the batteries for the first time. I'm finding it difficult to get the batteries out of the saw. I thought I followed the directions, but neither of them seem to want to budge. Any suggestions would be appreciated

It can be a bit of a challenge with my arthritic hands. There’s some kind of detents on each side of the battery that require some pressure to press and release the battery, then slide out. (I’m saying this from memory as I’m not near the saw right now.)

They are unusually tight on the CSC I found also. I have to squeeze the detent with a death grip to remove them.

I agree. Mine have improved but one could put a bit of silicone spray on the receivers. Peter
