CT 36 Auto-Clean Vac

Hello. 

I'm looking for anyone who has said Vac.  Just recently after a few years of use (sanding drywall mainly) my Vac will no longer function properly. That being said it still works for the most part. I'm just having troubles with the man./auto switch.  I cannot get the deep cycle switch to work.  The Vac just shuts down.  I've tried both switch directions on multiple settings ie. Suction and cleaning intervals.  Everything seems to be clean enough on the inside (after a thorough cleaning ).  Anyone that has had this issue please advise.

  I am guessing that a switch replacement will fix it. Are you in the USA? Still under warranty? Call service they will be able to help either way.

Thanks for the welcome and thanks for the advice.  I'll give the service department a dingle. Hopefully the Vac is still covered.
