CT Midi/Mini Dimensions

Long story short I need to know the length of CT Midi/Mini from the back to the front of the wheels.

I'm finishing up a MFT Cart and I designed a space for my CT Midi which is the the old version that fits in the rough opening from the back to the front of 435mm.  While building my MFT Cart my Midi's auto on feature became always on and I recently received a quote from Festool Service to repair it for $500 so I'm trying to decide chunk it or begrudgingly pay for the repair.  I know the price appears high but they would be replacing the top housing, turbin, front screen, front plug, and power cord.

Thanks for the help and info.

Thanks Seth for the advice.

I went ahead and purchased a new Midi.  I was keeping my fingers crossed that the dimensions provided by Festool included the cord wrap on the back which I was going to leave off to save the space but unfortunately their dimensions didn't include the cord wrap.

The MFT cart I'm building has just enough depth so that the brake catches the edge of it but it still sticks out more than I would like.  Attached pic for reference.

I may still pay for Festool to complete the repair but I'm having a hard time paying $100 for a new power cord that is in serviceable condition with no damage to the insulation and still has the OEM plug.

I did get a laugh when I found the receipt from 2010 when I purchased the Midi and a ETS 150/3 for $640.  That was back when you could save a few dollars by purchasing a combo of tools.

$500 to repair an old Midi? Whuuut?  [eek] For €430 (including 21% tax) I can have a new Midi-I delivered to my door.  [blink]

I would either repair those electronics myself, or buy some master-slave box to have it auto-start; nice in combo with a CS-50 / Kapex or something like that.
