CT-MINI or CT-MIDI handle

I am thinking about converting my CT-MINI to house duty for wood floor cleaning, and in doing so, I am pondering two changes:

1) converting to CT-MIDI by changing the base.  I think this should be easy, just order part number 494152

2) Adding a "CT Dust Extractor Handle".  I see that Festool only has this for CT-26 and bigger.  Has anyone tried making their own or adapting the Festool handle for the Mini or Midi?

It's doubling up on wheels, but what if you were to build a shallow box for the mini's wheels to sit in, install castors on the bottom and bend a handle out of EMT conduit?
