I have two CT 15 vacs and recently both of them will intermittently start running a little faster than normal and after a short time will go back to the regular speed. Happens on and off while using them. I typically run them at the mid range of the speed settings. Any ideas as to why. Is this a sign the brushes need to be replaced?
