CT48 comes with the accessory handle?

I know that everyone outside of the states is excited about the new vacs; but in the meantime, I have a curiosity about what we have
here and now.  I've read mutterings that the CT48 comes packaged with the accessory handle 497295. 
Is that only the case outside of the USA?

I have 3 CT48’s and I can tell you that they do not come with the handle in the USA. I purchased 2 handles separately.

FWIW CT 36 doesnt come with it either. I had to purchase that separately. Does come with the Boom Arm Kit however, if youre intending to buy that in the future.
