Awesome! Nicest custom sys I've seen in a long time. The radio is icing on the cake.

All of it. I just had some 6mm thick pieces. Some of it is laminated/glued up to make it thicker. Some of it is wrapped around 6mm MR MDF. Here's a pic of it before it was clad in the foam:

Wow. That must have been a fair chunk of the 12-15 hours! You are right though, definitely worth it for the quality result.
