Can you please tell me what your actual customer service and repair hours are? It is clearly not the 8-5 that is advertised on your website, since I was just informed by a lady answering your phones that everyone has already left for the day.
So much for leaving work early so I could make the phone call while in front of my tool.
This was, by the way, after being on hold for over 30 minutes and having to call back... All before 5PM. Apparently when you keep flexible hours, you also don’t need to turn off the phones.
Very frustrating,
