Hello,
I have a CSX drill (about 3 months young). It performs quite well for a 20 min session, then gets very slow, and eventually stops. My old makita out-does this by a long shot - it can go for 2 days before needing a charge (under the same work load). Is this normal for the CSX? I am not sinking deep screws, only drilling 1/8" x 2" depth pilot holes into cedar.
BTW, I much prefer the weight/balance of the CMX over the Makita, but am having an issue with the battery life.
Any input from users before I make a call to the support group - are my expectations out of line with this drill?
Thx
Mike
