New poster, new to Festools. Ordered TS-55, MFT-3, ETS EC125, and CT 36 E. Was super excited when I received my items, however that did not last long as I found my FS/1400 guide rail, MFT guide rail and MFT top damaged. I did escalate to the supplier and waiting for contact from them, but sad that I cannot use my tools until the problem is resolved. Hoping for a quick resolution so I can begin my Festool adventure.

Update: Contacted by the supplier and they are shipping news rails to replace damaged ones and providing a credit for the damage to the MFT top (corner chipped, but something I can live with). Very pleased with the response from the supplier, will definitely purchase from again.

I recently purchased an MFT3 and it arrived with two rails slightly dented.  I am afraid that the rails will compromise consistent cuts. The rail clamps won't pass the dents without shoving hard past the dent. The vendor has offered $100, but I would still have the dents. What do you think

There seem to be a lot of MFTs damaged in transit (mine included in UK) - I would push to get it exchanged.

Which supplier you bought the tools from?
