David Charesworth is critically ill, needs help

The British woodworker David Charlesworth is in a hospital in Germany, where he was teaching a seminar.  He has been in the hospital for several weeks now with pneumonia.  He has just begun to breathe on his own again, but is still critically ill.  Not being able to practice his trade, he has no income.  So he and his family need help.
