Frankly, I suspect stolen tools.  That setup is worth over $800.  No one in their right mind would sell it for $200 unless it was hot.

But if so, why would even a thief sell for $600 less than he could get ? If you're selling to the first guy passing you in the alley ("Psst, hey bud, wanna buy a RO150 ?"), I understand that, but if you're listing it online why settle for less than you could easily get  ?
