Debating Making the Switch...Does Festool do Job Site Visits/Events?

I'm a small business contractor who focuses on general remodeling and have recently considered making the switch to Festool, but am just not sure if the ROI/time used is worth it as we do a variety of jobs. Have debated going to one of the Festool Experience events in my area, but figured these were geared more towards current users. I really want to see Festool's tools utilized from a job site standpoint/application, so was curious if they offered any alternatives or job site visits.

Perhaps the best place to start is a call to Festool Customer Service. Perhaps they can put you in touch with one of the field sales reps. One of the reps I spoke to recently was telling me how he was demo-ing the Planex with a painting contractor and the they guy bought it straightaway once he got to try it. I took that to mean that they could be available for something like that - in addition to the Festool Experience events (which I wish they did more of).

The other option is to seek out your local dealer. Hopefully, the one nearest you is experienced and knowledgeable to help guide you.

Here though, I think you find an ample number of users who are more than enthusiastic about their decision to make the move to Festool - whether it was recently or 45 years ago.

Down here in Aus they demo tools for you, on site. I'm sure they offer the same service wherever you are, just find your local sales rep.

If I were you I would contact Festool and ask about a visit. I don’t know if they have changed, but they used to contact the area sales manager and got them to connect with you.
