If anyone cares, the wheels from the 3" Woodcraft caster #141052 fit on Delta mobile bases. You just have to drill out the axle holes on the base to 3/8", and grind a slot for the tab on the caster bolt (it is not a carriage-style bolt.) The ball-bearing polyurethane wheels roll much easier and quieter than the hard plastic wheels supplied with the bases. Now, I just gotta figure out what to do with 9 leftover 4-hole caster mounting plates ???
