Here are a couple of tables I recently built using a Domino and ETS125 among a few other power and hand tools. The top is simply cabinet grade plywood, one in Zebra and the other in Walnut. I edge banded them with Dominos as you can see in the pics using walnut. The Domino allowed me to get the surface so close that it only needed a card scraper to remove excess glue and flush out the wood. I even used blue painters tape to ensure the solid wood would be slightly proud of the ply after gluing. I used some leg hardware from Rockler to have removable legs and pocket screws at build the subframe that holds the aprons. Everything is finished with Arm-R-Seal applied with a wide foam brush using four thick coats. They are holding up well and went together relatively fast.

Thanks for looking, as always comments and critiques are welcome.

Richard,

Nice project!  I'm not much of a plywood-for-furniture fan, but I must say that you made good use of it in your dining table.

Question:  The first two photos of tables aren't very good, but the third looks great.  What was the cause for the extreme variance in lighting?

Thanks for the compliments!

Cort, No I didn't Domino the miters because it would have made assembly much more difficult. With proper glue sizing of the endgrain it isn't necessary.

Chris, The other table was photographed later in the day when the light wasn't as good. I should have changed the camera settings but I wasn't paying attention. I regret not taking more time while I had everything set up.
