Do any of the dust extractors come with a 36mm hose?

I'm looking to get a dedicated extractor for my Kapex.  The CT15 seems to be a great option from a budget perspective, but starts to be tougher to stomach when you have to buy the 36mm hose on top of it. 

It doesn't appear that any of the extractors come with the 36mm hose, but I thought I'd check with you folks that might be a bit more familiar.

There is one vac that comes with a 36 mm hose, but it is not the standard 36 mm hose but the black hose for the Planex: CT 36 E AC-LHS.

It has a slightly different nozzle that fits the Planex. I guess you can cut off the nibbs on it, or replace it with a standard nozzle for around $25. But I never tried this so I am not 100% sure.

But that's way more expensive than a CT15 with an extra 36 mm hose.

Some do. My ct 26 ac hd came with the 36/32 mm hose, but the HD versions are discontinued, and are now called renofix, and don't have the sturdier top without the hosegarage anymore (but do come with the thicker hose).

If you are located in the US, I could only spot the CT 48 AC that comes with the larger hose on the festoolusa site. (allthough there were some recent topics of two versions of the CT 36 ac being available I could now only see the one with the planex hose on the festoolusa site.

Most Starmix vacs, including those produced under contract for the main power tool manufacturers (Metabo, Eibenstock et. al.) are supplied with 36mm (well, 35mm actually) x 4.0m antistatic hoses.
