Do Dealers Mention the Forum?

...no-brainer sales tool. By the time I touched the actual tools in most cases I knew everything there was to know , and I'd bought them already.

Of course, I agree!  But I am kind of in the dark about what Dealers do regarding the forum, and I was hoping to bring it out into the light.  When I went to my local Woodcraft, one of the sales people said he was familiar with the forum, but I wasn't sure he knew what I was talking about.

Yes.

I tell customers about the tips page on the Festool website, the website links from there to demos, and this forum to my customers.

I also tell them, if they have any trouble, call me or bring the tool and drop in and I will be happy to go through any issue with them.
