For the past two years, I have been creating and distributing our SysNotes email newsletters.  The purpose is to provide the Festool user community with the latest news, tips, how-to articles, end user stories and related information.  I was curious how many of you currently subscribe to the newsletter.  I think this is also a great opportunity to provide some feedback about what you like, what you don't like, and what you would like to see more of.

If you don't currently receive SysNotes, you can sign up by entering your email address on the home page of the Festool USA website.  You can also peruse the latest edition of SysNotes to get a better feel for what it offers.

I look forward to hearing your feedback.  If you'd like to contribute a story that we can consider for inclusion, please email it with photos, if applicable, to newsletter@festoolusa.com.  We're always interested to see your projects and how you use our tools to work faster, easier, smarter.

Hi Shane,

I signed up several times already but never received any sys notes... Maybe it's because I'm in Canada?

Cheers,
Andreas

@Andreas: PM or email me your email address and I'll check it out.  My apologies you haven't been receiving it.

Hi Shane,

No worries I still got them from your website. But I thought I should still let you know, sometimes there are glitches in the system and if nobody says anything, the person in charge can't do anything about it.

Will PM you my address.

Cheers,
Andreas

I signed up also, but did not receive it.
I'm from Holland and if it is free, the Dutch want it.  ;D
But I will sign up again and see if it is working now.

I get them here in France (although I'm not sure I'd say it was on a "regular basis")  Maybe I'd just like more of them  :)

they come regularly and are helpful. go out on a limb and include product rumors. Even if later proven to be pipedreams, a lot of us like to save up and plan for future products.  In particular, I am interested in Euro products not currently for sale in North America.
