Does anyone from Festool read the "Contact Festool" threads?

I posted a question in Contact Festool several days ago.  I never received an answer from Festool.  I wonder if the Festool folks read these threads???

I know there are several Festool employees, including myself, that visit the FOG on a regular basis.  Sorry no one answered your question.  I would recommend that you email us or call us directly in most cases.

Are you referring to the question about the thickness of the hard fiber base?  If so, I will try to get you an answer ASAP.
