Does anyone ship to Puerto Rico?

I am looking to order a blade for my TS55 and every web site I have tried does not ship to Puerto Rico. Others that I have used are down.

I see not much has changed since I looked into this in 2012. [Had a wild dream of opening Festool Antigua..... [embarassed]]  Still think  someone should use Puerto Rico as their base since shipping to it and warehouse storage there seems a no-brainer to sell and service the Caribbean from PR.
