Does the CXS Beep?

I know the CXS  does not have the E-TEC  brushles motor but I was wondering if it steel beeps?    I take it it does not beep with the torque settings like the T and C series?   but does it still Beep when the batterie is dead or if you had it in drill mode and was over loading it?
