When doing multiples (54 Drawers, that's 216 parts, that's....about 1300 plunges)

The Cross Stops need to be checked constantly or they loosen up and fall off.  I started to tighten them up by rotating the internal cam, but that's hard on the plastic.  Now I replace the small internal cam every once and a while and that keeps them going.  I think they cost a dime each when i bought 20 from festool parts.

This drawer session I came up with a new fix with stretchy 3m tape.

Too bad there is not a robust alternative like the Domi-plate.  I've seen the woodpeckers but it is a little overcomplicated, expensive and not available.

Just thought I'd share my simple fix.

Can a rubber band do the same trick?

Nice shelving system for the storage of the panels! Did you have the shelves custom-made?

Next time I buy Broccoli I'll try the rubber band.  The racks are from Richelieu my hardware supplier.  Reasonably priced.  I used to use them for spraying.  Now I buy prefinished baltic Birch and just wipe the edges a few times.
