Domino jig for small parts: bottom holes not perfect?

Hi,
I made a simple jig with my cnc that attaches to the bottom of the domino with the two M5 screws. It has holes for pins on equal distance left and right from the center of the domino so I can use these to put 30mm parts against. I cant use the registration pins for that stock.
Now when using it I seem to be off buy 0,3 - 0,5mm.
I redid the jig and have the same result.
Is it possible the holes on the bottom are not exactly the same distance of the center?

I'd say possible (and likely in your case) though in theory it shouldn't be because when the support bracket is mounted onto the base, the center notches on the support bracket are supposed to be in line with the center line scribed on the base/center point of the cutter.

If you can share a picture of your jig, may be more inputs can be made.

If you have a slide micrometer, it should be easy to see if the holes are not perfect.

I recommend watching sedges or Festool’s the rule of the domino. It maybe something they demonstrate that you may not be doing correctly. Just food for thought. I’ll grab the links. Hope this helps. The video was just done this week by the Festool Chanel. Best of luck!
