dominofix MF32 jig

Interesting idea.  Seems a little pricey, but the info on the web site is minimal.  Watch the videos - it helps understand what the jig does.

At first I thought it was made out of MDF.  After watching the videos, I'm pretty sure it's plastic.

There is a funky clamp with cogs that look like they provide 32mm spacing.  Not explained or shown if you don't watch the videos.  I couldn't see whether the clamp is included with the jig or not, but I couldn't see that it was sold separately, so I assume that it comes with the jig.  No indication of how long the clamp is, unless you want to guess from the videos.  If the clamp is included, that would help justify the price.

It only supports certain sizes of Dominos.  Since I only have a Domino 500, I might be tempted to get this if I need the larger sizes, but the web site doesn't tell you what sizes are supported, only that there are three.

Overall, I'd say these folks need some help from a good web site designer.

That clamp looking thing is the jig for the Mafell Duo Dowller.  Cost 273$

Plastic? It's clearly aluminum plate. That said, I agree - they desperately need the help of a good site designer.

It looks like a variant on dowel jigs like the Dowelmax.  Of course it can't do angles like a Domino, Duo-doweler or plate joiner.

For the DF500 ,you can use five different size cutter 4,5,6,8 and 10 and you can choose 8mm or 12mm shank .
For the DF700 there's is only two size 12 and 14mm ,you can choose 8mm or 12mm shank also .
I don't think the clamps or the Mafell Duo Dowel rail is included with the jig .

Sorry to see you didn't found all the info you where looking for. The jig is made from aluminium, not MDF our plastic. It is also mentioned in descriptions, correct me if i'm wrong.

The rail is a Mafell rail and is not included. It is used to accurately position the jig based on 32mm spacing (European standard) We are the cheapest on the market with a jig that can do all these things. There are more basic jigs on the market that costs more.

Under the video you find a description of the base plate and from every insert including photos what it can do and it should answer all the questions you mentioned. Maybe you missed it? If you do notice an error, please let me know. It could always be something is not working properly on certain browsers or devices.
