Making ten drawers from 5/8 inch stock.

Heights of the drawers are 4.75, 6.75, and 8.75 high.

I have the 500 Domino and a Domiplate, but I'm using 5/8.

If I use the domiplate on the 1/2 side do you think 5mm tenons would work?

And how should I space them, two on each corner using the older pins to align them from the outter edge?

I'm assuming you have real 5/8 stock, not plywood that is undersized.  5/8" is about 15mm, so a 5mm domino follows the 1/3 rule.  However, I'd be a bit concerned using the 1/2 side of the domiplate since this may not actually leave enough stock on one side.  Why not tape a 1/8 shim to the 3/4 side?

You are correct, my question was poorly worded.

I like the idea of a shim, I'll have to investigate that option, it sounds like a good one.

In order to center on the 5/8 with the 3/4 domiplate side (I think) you would need a 1/16th shim. The 3/4 side of the plate centers you at 3/8 (aka 6/16) into the board, but half of 5/8 is 5/16... Leading you to need a 1/16th shim.

I hope that made some sense... :)

Was going to disagree but it turned out that I'm too tired and my math is broke.

It seems that the Domiplate has reached a point of diminishing returns here. I would remove it and set the fence height to 16mm and plunge away. just be sure to pay attention to the reference surface.
