I have built a handful of different sawhorses in my life, but I never found one that I really liked. They were always too wobbly, or too heavy, or too hard to store. I finally found what - for me - is the perfect sawhorse replacement. I don't own an MFT so I can't show you pictures, but I believe one would also be a perfect complement to your MFT.
There are two different version, and they both have their pros and cons.
The first one I got from Walmart for $49, but you might find them on closeout for $39 The LINK.. It looks like this:

The big pluses - it weighs just a few pound, folds to 4" thick, sets up and knocks down in SECONDS, and it holds 1,000 POUNDS!!! Yes, a THOUSAND pounds!!!
I also bought a slightly different version at Costco for $59, which has all the same features as above except it has adjustable legs (i.e. adjustable height) but only holds 700 pounds. It looks like this:

The 'con' of this model is that it doesn't fold up with the legs extended, so add a few more seconds for set-up time.
I have had both models for a few months, and ...
• I stood on two of them going back and forth when I put up the truss-joists in my shop.
* I used one for miter saw stand.
• I put a kitchen cabinet together on one.
I have to say they are like Festool in that they are one of those "I don't know how I ever got along without them" items. I highly recommend them.
Oh - they are also available outside NA.
