I've managed to read far too much about drawer slides that I've now in data overload mode.  [unsure] Thus a few questions:

1) When using side mount slides, what is the best position for the slides?  Top, bottom, middle, or wherever?

2) If using the 32 mm system will side mounts all be the same distance from the bottom of the drawer?  It seems they should be, but...

3) How do you go about attaching side mounts when using the 32mm system holes.  I've read some attach to the side first, then use a spacer below the drawer, then slowly pull out the drawer and then drive the screws. Others draw lines, etc.  What is your preferred method?

4) Is there an advantage to the undermount types which appear to wrap around to the sides of the drawer?

TIA

The undermount slides are the best slides for most cases. The slide does not wrap around the side of the drawer, it is not visible when the drawer is pulled out because of the fact that it is undermount. The least amt of width is list using undermount, but at the same time undermount slides eat up more height than side mount. If you have any other questions feel free to text me at 8053026057
